Persistent pain in the lower back, pelvis, or pelvic area may indicate that the cancer has spread to nearby tissues .

6. Difficulty urinating or urinary blockage

A tumor can obstruct the urinary tract and cause:

• A weak or interrupted urine stream .
• Difficulty starting to urinate .
