  1. Pelvic or lower back pain

Persistent pain in the lower back, pelvis, or pelvic area may indicate that the cancer has spread to nearby tissues .

If these pains are associated with urinary problems, consult a doctor quickly.

  1. Difficulty urinating or urinary blockage
