100g sunflower seeds
50g pumpkin seeds
50g sesame seeds
30g walnuts, lightly chopped
30g hazelnuts
60g flaxseed
20g chia seeds
20g psyllium husk
200g rolled oats
1 teaspoon salt
1 can (380g) white beans, drained and rinsed
170ml water
30ml vegetable oil, plus a little extra for greasing
