Potato, Bacon, and Cheese Muffins

Ingredients
Potatoes: 2 medium (about 400 g), boiled and mashed
Bacon: 6 slices, cooked and crumbled
Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup (100 g), shredded
All-Purpose Flour: 1 cup (125 g)
Baking Powder: 1 teaspoon
Salt: ½ teaspoon
Black Pepper: ½ teaspoon
Eggs: 2 large
Milk: ½ cup (120 ml)
Butter: ¼ cup (60 g), melted
Green Onions: 2 tablespoons, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions:
Cook the bacon: In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Once cooked, remove the bacon, crumble it into small pieces, and set aside.
Cook the potatoes: Boil the diced potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain well, then mash the potatoes until smooth. Let them cool slightly.
