Bacon Cream Cheese Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients:
1 lb of dry spaghetti
4 cups of milk
1 can (10.5 oz) of condensed cream of bacon soup
8 oz of softened cream cheese
1/2 tablespoon each of garlic powder and onion powder
3 1/2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese (divided)
1 cup of cooked and crumbled bacon
