Candied Walnuts in 5 Minutes

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put aside.

Put the walnuts, sugar, water, and butter in a big non-stick pan. (And cinnamon, if you are using it.)

Put on high heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until all the liquid disappears and the walnuts look shiny and start sticking together. This will probably take around 5 minutes.

Add salt and promptly move the nuts to the baking sheet. Spread out the ingredients in a single layer and let them cool.

Once firm, break into pieces and savor!
