Cazuela de espinacas: la recette pour un repas savoureux et rapide

  1. Finely chop the spinach and brown it in a pan with oil, chopped onion and minced garlic.
  2. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Beat the eggs with the milk.
  4. Then add the flour, salt, pepper, cooked spinach, feta cheese and parsley.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased tray.
  6. Add mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Bake at 180° for 25 minutes.
