- Finely chop the spinach and brown it in a pan with oil, chopped onion and minced garlic.
- Let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Beat the eggs with the milk.
- Then add the flour, salt, pepper, cooked spinach, feta cheese and parsley.
- Pour the mixture into a greased tray.
- Add mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake at 180° for 25 minutes.
