Cheddar Cheese and Rosemary Biscuits

I used 2 cups of all-purpose flour.

1 and 1/4 cups of shredded Cheddar Cheese, split

0.5 teaspoons of garlic powder

1 tablespoon of baking powder

1 tablespoon of dried rosemary

1 teaspoon of granulated sugar

0.25 teaspoons of black pepper

0.5 teaspoons of salt

0.5 cup, 8 tablespoons of chilled butter, sliced into small pieces

1 cup combined with 1 tablespoon of cold buttermilk

Guidelines

Initial stage:

Set the oven temperature to 400 degrees.

Combine the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, Rosemary, and 1 cup of the shredded cheese by whisking them together.

Utilize a pastry cutter to incorporate the diced butter until it takes on the appearance of coarse crumbs.

SECOND STEP: Using a wooden spoon or rubber spatula, delicately incorporate the buttermilk into the mixture.

With a generous serving spoon, place dough on the baking pan in ¼ cup portions.

Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top and set the dish in the oven.

STEP THREE: Place in the oven and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the tops are a golden brown color.

Have a pleasant experience!
