Cleaning Dishes That Have Black Marks on Them

I have been known to pass on a number of dishes that were available at thrift shops due to the fact that they were covered with scratches. Nothing more! I have no doubt that this material would also be an excellent choice for cleaning white porcelain sinks. Also, I think it would be a great way to remove the hard water buildup that has accumulated on drinking glasses. This is a magical substance!

Another formulation of Bar Keeper’s Friend is a gentle liquid scrub that, in my opinion, is designed to be used on surfaces that are more fragile. The directions that are printed on the bottle state that the first time you use the product on anything, particularly if it is precious or made of a unique substance, you should test it in a certain location that is concealed from view.

The directions also state that you may use this substance on your tile, stainless steel, and glass cooktops, as well as on your bathtub. I believe that I will be putting it to the test all throughout the home!

The crockpot that I have is going to be cleaned with it. It is also covered with the same black scratch marks that are all over it.

It has also been brought to my attention by readers who have attempted this technique that it has the potential to take away the luster of dishware over time. I had the impression that these plates were doomed to fail, but even if the finish does get dull over time, it has significantly increased the amount of time that my dishes will last, so I will still consider it a success. However, maybe you shouldn’t use it to clean your porcelain sink on a daily basis.

There is no doubt that this is a successful life hack. What a boo!
