Crunchy Parmesan Cauliflower Bites

Prep the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until evenly coated.
Season & Coat
In a separate bowl, mix Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Toss the oiled cauliflower into the cheese mixture, coating evenly.
