Easy Cookie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 250 g unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1 cup tea sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 cups tea wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder Icing
  • sugar for sprinkling optional

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the vanilla essence.
  • Gradually incorporate the sifted flour with the yeast, mixing until a homogeneous dough forms.
  • Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Model small cubes with the dough and place them on a greased and floured baking tray.
  • Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until the cookies are lightly golden.
  • Let cool completely before serving. If desired, sprinkle icing sugar on top to decorate.
