I grew up in Iowa and my grandma used to take me to get this all the time!

Craft the Loin:
After the loaf pan is ready, transfer the meatloaf mixture into it and gently push down to form it into a loaf.
Come Up With the Glaze:
The topping glaze is made by whisking together brown sugar, mustard, and ketchup in a small basin.
Finally, top it off:
Distribute the topping glaze evenly over the meatloaf’s surface.
Before baking, preheat the oven to a preheated 400°F. Cook the meatloaf for 60–75 minutes, or until browned on top and cooked through.
Let the meatloaf rest for 5 to 10 minutes after taking it out of the oven, and then slice and serve.
