I love making this dish all year round

– 5-6 cups of mixed fruits (cherries, apricots, raisins, cranberries)
– 2 cups chocolate milk
– 1/2 cup of Bailey’s
– 2 cups of self-rising flour
Directions:
1. Soak the mixed fruit in chocolate milk and Bailey’s for at least 24 hrs.
2. Line slow cooker with parchment paper.
3. Add flour into the mixed fruit mix.
4. Pour batter into slow cooker.
5. Cover the cooker and set it on low for 6-7 hours.
6. Once the 6 hours have passed, use a knife to loosen the edges of the cake and carefully flip it over to remove from the slow cooker.
