I made this dish for a party, and people wouldn’t stop chatting about it

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, and salt.
Place the pork loin in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it is well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Remove the pork from the marinade and place it in a roasting pan. Discard the remaining marinade.
Roast the pork in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
Variations & Tips
For a different flavor profile, try adding a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar to the marinade for a touch of sweetness. If you prefer a spicier kick, include a teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes. You can also experiment with fresh herbs like parsley or basil for a more vibrant taste. To make meal prep easier, marinate the pork the night before, so it’s ready to pop in the oven when you get home from work.
