- Strawberries – 2kg
- Sugar – 1 kg (a little more if you like sweet jam)
- Rinse the strawberries quickly under running water and pat dry.
- Cover the strawberries with sugar and let them sit overnight.
- In the morning, place a bowl of strawberries on low heat and bring to a boil.
- Skim off foam and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Let the jam cool completely.
- Repeat the cooking and cooling process 2 to 3 times.

Pour the boiling jam into sterilized jars and seal them tightly. Do not cover the jars with a thick cloth so that the berries do not overheat and continue cooking.
