It is the most powerful natural antibiotic – it kills any infections in the body

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except for the vinegar.
Transfer the mixture to a jar.
Pour in apple cider vinegar and fill it completely. It’s best to fill the jar with 2/3 dry ingredients, and the rest with vinegar.
Close tightly and stir.
Store the jar in a cool, dry place for 2 weeks. Stir well several times a day.
After 14 days, strain the mixture through a sieve or, better yet, add cheesecloth to extract the juice.
Use the remaining dry ingredients in food preparations.

Your tonic is ready to use. You don’t need to keep it in the refrigerator. It will last a long time.

Extra tip: You can also use it in cooking – mix it with a little olive oil and use it as a salad dressing or in your stews.
