Lemon Mascarpone Fondant

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a bowl, mix mascarpone, eggs, and sugar until smooth.

Add flour, lemon zest, and lemon juice, then mix again.

 

 

Pour the batter into a buttered mold.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Let cool before demolding and enjoying.
