Patty Melts with Secret Sauce

Make sure to fry the patties over medium-high heat until they are fully done. Take it off the heat.
Combine all of the sauce ingredients and stir until combined while the meat cooks.
Turn the heat down to medium and wipe out the pan you used to cook the meat.
Make sure to coat each slice of bread with butter.
In the skillet, lay three slices of bread, butter sides down.
Pile two slices of provolone on top of each piece of bread, then top with a beef patty and two slices of cheddar.
Before placing the remaining pieces of bread sauce-side down on top of the patty that is melting in the pan, brush a little amount of sauce over their non-buttered sides.
Once the provolone has melted and one side of the bread is well-toasted, flip the patty so it melts the other way.
Once all sides of the bread are toasted, it’s ready to be served
