Mix the powders
In a cup, mix the cinnamon and turmeric.

Add the liquids
Pour in the apple cider vinegar, then the honey. Mix well until the honey is completely dissolved.

Add the hot liquid
Pour in the warm water or plant-based milk while stirring gently.

Add the chia seeds
Add the chia gel to the mixture and stir until smooth.

Enjoy immediately.
You can adjust the taste with a squeeze of lemon juice or a pinch of black pepper (pepper aids in the absorption of curcumin).
