They really are amazing! I previously went to a fast food restaurant to cheat on my diet, but now that I have this recipe, I don’t have to:)

1. Lightly oil a muffin tray with butter or nonstick spray and preheat the oven to 450°F.
2. Combine almond flour, onion, garlic, and baking powder seasonings in a mixing bowl. Stir them well.
3. Beat the eggs in a another basin and stir in the melted butter and sour cream. Blend until well combined.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring to combine them and create a thick batter.
5. Mix the cheese that has been shredded into the batter.
6. Evenly spoon batter into muffin tray, filling each cup to approximately two-thirds of the way.

7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the biscuits are firm and golden brown, in a preheated oven.
After a few minutes of cooling in the muffin tray, move the biscuits to a wire rack to finish cooling.
