This recipe is so tasty that I make it three times a week.

Get the ingredients ready. Cut the onion, carrot, and tomato into small pieces, chop the garlic finely, and slice the potatoes.Make ground beef: Cook onion in olive oil, then add the ground beef and cook until it turns brown. Add salt, pepper, chili powder, thyme, and parsley to season.Include vegetables and broth. Add chopped garlic, carrot, tomato, and frozen peas. Thicken the mixture with flour, pour in vegetable broth, and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.Place the potatoes in layers. Heat the oven, grease a baking dish, and alternate layers of potatoes and ground beef mixture. Top layer of the season.Bake the dish covered for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are soft.Serve: Add parsley on top if you like.Have fun!
