Stromboli with Chicken Bacon Ranch

With a golden crust encasing the savory tastes of chicken, bacon, and ranch dressing, Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli is a flavorful and filling dish.

It’s a great option for a filling lunch, game-day snack, or even family supper. Here’s how to prepare this delicious meal at home.

Ingredients: 1 pound of store-bought or handmade pizza dough
1 cup chopped or shredded cooked chicken
Half a cup of cooked, crumbled bacon
One cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
Half a cup of shredded cheddar cheese
one-third cup of ranch dressing
Two tsp of olive oil (to brush)
one tsp powdered garlic
One tablespoon of dried parsley, for decoration
To taste, add salt and pepper.

Guidelines:

Warm up the oven:

Turn the oven on to 375°F, or 190°C. Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet.

Get the pizza dough ready:

Roll out the pizza dough onto a lightly floured board until it forms a rectangle approximately 10 by 14 inches.

Include the Fillings:

Leaving a 1-inch border all around, evenly spread the ranch dressing over the dough.

Scatter the crispy bacon bits and grilled chicken on top of the ranch dressing.

Drizzle the chicken and bacon with a mixture of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.

Add a little pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

Turn the Stromboli:

Tightly roll the dough into a log, starting with one long side.

To ensure that all of the fillings are within, pinch the seams and ends shut.

Get ready to bake:

Seam side down, transfer the roll to the baking sheet that has been prepared.

Drizzle the stromboli with olive oil on the top and sides, and then top with dried parsley and garlic powder.
