Sheet-Pan Pork Chops with Multi-Colored Potatoes:

Four pork chops, either with or without bones
baby potatoes, halved, 1 pound in color
Two tablespoons of olive oil
the amount of garlic powder, one teaspoon
garlic powder, measuring 1 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
thyme or rosemary, dry, 1 teaspoon
