Leftover Turkey Stuffing Balls:

Turkey, cooked and shredded or diced, 3 cups
1/3 cup of remaining stuffing
1 cup of reserved mashed potatoes (for binding purposes, if desired)
Two big eggs, gently whisked
Parmesan cheese, half a cup grated
It’s optional to add 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley.
half a teaspoon of powdered garlic
Onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon
Add seasonings of salt and pepper according to recommendation.
Chopped breadcrumbs, measuring 1 cup
For the brushing, 1/4 cup of melted butter or oil will do.
