Crispy roasted cauliflower with spicy herb sauce

For the cauliflower:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 3 slices of lemon
  • A little salt
  • A little dill
  • 150 g panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • Salt to taste
