Effortless No-Bake Chocolate Eclair Cake

Ingredients required:

2 packs (90g each) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 container (200g) whipped cream (e.g.(e.g. COOL WHIP), thawed
3 cups milk
2 sleeves graham cracker squares
1 can (16 ounces) chocolate frosting
To assemble your no-bake éclair cake: Make the pudding mix: In a medium Mix bowl of vanilla pudding mix, milk and thawed whipping cream. Mix them until a smooth consistency is achieved.

Layer Graham Crackers: Take your 9 x 13 baking dish and place a single layer of graham cracker squares on the bottom. You may need to break open a few cookies to make sure the entire base is covered.Add the pudding: Spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over the graham cracker layer. Repeat layers: Place another layer of graham crackers on top of the first layer of pudding. Continue with remaining pudding mixture. Finally, add a final layer of graham crackers on top.
Allow to cool to set: Cover the pan with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to an hour.This cooling time allows the pudding to really solidify.
Soften the icing: Just before serving, heat the can of chocolate icing in the microwave for about 15 seconds (after removing the lid and aluminum foil) to soften it. Stir until smooth and easily spreadable.
