Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices of cheddar cheese
Stiprs of bacon
1/2 cup sautéed mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and flatten each into a thin patty.
Place a slice of cheese, some sautéed mushrooms, and chopped onions onto 4 of the patties.
Top with the remaining 4 patties and press the edges to seal the stuffing inside.
Wrap each burger with bacon strips until everything is covered.
Grill the burgers for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the bacon is crispy and the burgers are cooked to your desired doneness.
Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
