Ingredients
1 (5-6 pound) fully cooked bone-in ham
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions
Place the ham in the slow cooker, flat side down.
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, water, ground mustard, ground cloves, cinnamon, and ginger.
Pour the mixture over the ham, ensuring it is well coated.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the ham is heated through and tender.
Baste the ham with the juices occasionally, if possible.
Once done, remove the ham from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
